Suspension ratio

Does anyone know what the ratio for raising the suspension? For exame if I raise the spring seats by 5mm how much does the car go up by?

5mm, near as dammit.

Roughly 3 turns = 5mm. (works + or -)

Main thing is to maintain the rake (rear to front drop)
1/2 to 3/4 inch...depending on how you like it. Stay with what you have if happy.
