Ford Puma gear stick vibration?

I hear this is a common complaint, a buzzing/rattling of the gearstick/knob In certain gears, anyone found a cure?

its nothing wrong with the car.. my old puma used to do it but nothing actually wrong, only cure i found was to buy a newer puma
