upscaling images - needing some help!

I remember seeing a thread a while back about upscaling an image's resolution. I may have even had one done by a very kind PHer.
I am in a bit of an emergency, I have an image at 1024 x 756 but need it at 1920x1080, by close of play tonight (using it in production tomorrow mornin @ 9am). Bit silly really, didn't realise original was at too low resolution.
Any kind PH offers?!

Those two dimensions you list are not the same ratio-wise - therefore to enlarge the image to fit your required dimensions will require either cropping or adding borders.
Post it up here and I'm sure I or someone else can do it for you.
I presume, from the 1920 * 1080 requirement, that this is to be shown on a screen?

The creator of the image is a bit funny about having his stuff posted online so I can't but happy to PM to someone.
In terms of ratio; it is pretty obvious what the main parts of the image are, so I would leave it someone's discretion and common sense in terms of moving it around!
