I've always loved the look of these beast but browsing through the classifieds there seems to be quite a variation in price. Mid 20s all the way to +120k!

Is this down to Saloon/Volante/Vantage Series delta? Which tend to be the more sought after? Can anyone tell me a bit more about them?

Is there such a thing as a decent entry level V8 or would that be a longer term money pit? Any good examples you can suggest?

Apologies for all the newby questions but I appreciate any advice!

Hi because this car is a heritage model more information will be found on the amoc forum, there is a great book on the V8 written by William Presland http://www.amazon.co.uk/Aston-Martin-v-Crowood-Aut... The author frequents this forum (williamp)and the amoc and I am sure if you track him down he will be able to help and point you in the right direction,
