2 Bentleys believe to be R Type Continental and S1 Continental and 1 Pagonda Merc spotted.

Also a special treat next to the Merc, no idea what that is, would be brilliant to be enlightened into what it is?

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&a...

Pagonda hidden behind SLK, Oranage thng (what is it?) in front of SLK and the two Bentleys side by side on the far right.

someone please come up with an answer - I'm sure I should be able to work it out but I can't - even with going back and forward along the street to get different angles! confused

It looks like a De Tomasa Pantera to me.

I see why you think that - but the rear lights are wrong and if you take a slightly different view from the street (hope this works):

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&a...
it look very 'heavy' in the side - so is puzzling me as I can't recall where I've seen it before (if at all)

A quick google for de tomasa pantera rear lights throws up two different designs and it does look like one of the designs from the grainy pics.

still not convinced - side looks too blocky compared to a Pantera and no window that I can see behind the door. Having said that I still can't come up with a better idea! getmecoat

I don't think its a Jalpa, the arches are not flared enough to be a Japa and its too long and tall.

I origininally thought it was either an Italdeign or Bertone special. I have seen this on picture before!

It's definitely an Isdera Imperator, wow super rare, stuff the Bentleys! Based on the B+B CW311 prototype, production numbers must have been tiny. Looks like this particular car which appeared at Salon Prive;

Incidentally there were pics of a red British registered red one in flames on the cover of the Mirror back in about 1987 (must have been a slow news day!). In lurid tabloid style it had the headline "BURN UP!!!!!" or some ste, and a rather insensitive microphone-in-face picture of the owner who said he was "gutted" as he watched it disappear in smoke. Wonder if it was this one rebuilt?

Edit - 30 built between 1984 and 1994
