Rear / quarter window - T350 - refit or replace?

Started getting a bit of wind noise which I presumed was the normal door seal issue. Then on checking, noticed the sealant around the n/s quarter window was splitting and the window starting to lift away.
Question is, is this a TVR specialist job or could a decent reputable window specialist do it? (name names please - I am in Sth Derbyshire)
I was hoping it could be a refit as opposed to a replacement as there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the actual window.

I refitted both mine myself if you drive with the window open at high speed you WILL blow the seals.
Carizma have repaired them in the past i right PIA job though.

Whilst on the same subject does anyone know what paint was used on the perspex to hide the sealant?

Polycarbonate paint speak to Carizma for a trade name i can't remember.
