Ok I know the whole parking in parent child/disabled bays when your not supposed to is alway a good row on PH but it you were going to have an argument with someone about it maybe a cage fighter is not the best person to pick it with.

I'd like to know what the problem was in the 1st place as Katie Price does have a disabled son.

It's not known whether he was in the car though, if he wasn't, then good on the other woman for taking it up with them. Too many people abuse disabled parking spaces and it doesn't seem to be enforced!!

That doesn't give them the right to use a disabled space. Especially if that child wasn't with them and especially if they haven't got disabled blue card thingy.

Wonder where they lifted obtained that item from?

There are some diehard Albion fans who still won't put foot on the site of the old football ground after it was sold from under them.

The point was if you were going to get into an argument with someone about it a cage fighter would not be my choice.

I wanted to respond to that point on it's own.

Why shouldn't you voice your displeasure to a cage fighter?

They are bound by the same laws and standards as the rest of us.

Being a cage fighter doesn't give you the right to disobey rules and regulations or make you immune from others criticism.

Granted possibly not a wise move but in reality they should be as likely to assault you as an 80yr old grandmother being admonished for dropping litter.

What about 'Mother and Baby' spaces then eh? Are they going to discriminate against me because I haven't got a baby? It's bloody Nonbabyist, that's what. My mother always managed to get me in and out of a car without having special yellow stripes on the road and a logo of an ickle baby.

Bah.

I want 'Jaguar only' parking spaces.

That would be fair I think - especially as the tax I pay on petrol goes to parents in child benefit, schools and christ-knows-what-else. I pay for their bloody kids; I'll tell 'em where they can damn well park!

Double bah.

I agree that they are bound by the same laws as everyone else. But these people didn't just voice their displeasure they took it to the next level where the police had to get involved.

What would have happened if the police had not been there and this person started assaulting Alex Reid. I would like to think that he whould just shrug it off but if he stuck one on the other guy in self defence the attacker would be on his ass in very quick time.

However, cage fighter is second only to promising footballer. In the real nasty world, there are a good number of people to whom he's giving way anything from 5-10+ stone (not even going down the road of proper nasty bds) & if he takes the disabled space from any of those & they don't like it, he's toast!

The provision and use (misuse) of Disabled spaces is covered by law- the DDA, I believe. The parent and child spaces have no such law, and are used purely as a marketing tactic.

There is no reason why someone (a Jaguar dealership, say) can say "Jaguar parking only". Although its not enforcable by law (but parking on private land is)

And for disabled spaces, you dont need a wheelchair to need a disabled space- less then 25% if registered disabled people require the use of a wheelchair.

Did they have the disabled child with them?

If they did I can sympathise as only today I took my son to a country park, parked up in front of the ticket machine in a disabled space, jumped out to check prices and some 20 stone fat chav in spray on purple leggings said loudly to her bloke so I could hear "he doesn't look disabled the fking lazy tt"

She walked off rather sheepish when I started getting wheelchairs etc out of the boot for my son.

I feel like punching half of the population when I go out, every fecker turns into a fully trained doctor when you park.

However if the kid wasn't with them they should know better.

Alex Reid hasnt won a cage fight since 2005 and has lost 6 straight since then. Seems like a nice enough chap though but he's more focussed on being a celeb and trying to get into acting these days despite his much hyped upcoming fight on Bravo.

here is the post of someone who seemingly knows nothing about fighting a trained fighter. Even a slightly rubbish one like Reid would smash your average joe in the street. He fights at 185lbs which means he probably walks around at about 200lbs making him around 14 stone of muscle, aside from fat guys and body builders he's not going to be giving away 10 stone very often and even giving away 5 stone would be pretty rare.

Reid holds a victory over Lee Murray, who, if youre going to bang on about nasty guys in the "real world" is about as nasty as people get. Murray masterminded the securitas depot robbery and kidnapped the managers family before skipping the country to Morrocco. Reid stepped into a ring with the guy and although the win was in dubious circumstances, he certainly didnt lose the fight.

So, in short, you dont know what you're talking about.
