Opening a GranSport Boot

Hi,

Is there a boot relseas on the inside of a GS or is it only possible to open it on the key?

It is inside the glove box. Same with the fuel release cap.

Simple question, but I looked everywhere and the chap I was dealing with wasnt a Maserati salesman and admitted he dint really know much about the car

As I found out earlier if the battery is dead you can also use the key. There is a lock kind of hidden vertically into the release handle pop the key in and job done. The glove box doesn't work if there is no power.
