Leather seat refurbisher
Discussion
Someone on here previously gave me a card for an elderly gentleman who I think lived in the fife area who did leather seat refurbishment. I spoke to him last year and then predictably lost the card!
If anyone has any recommendations could they pass them on.
Would be useful if did stitching stripping and re dyeing. Am not wanting that 'just painted' look as want theses to look like original
Would prefer if person came here and removed seats and possibly worked on site
If anyone remembers giving me the card and name before could they remind me!
Thanks
Paul

Ally, do you know if he does repairs to leather? e.g. touch up or improve the appearance of scratches? I've got a couple of marks in my seats (from the previous owner's jeans/belt I guess). Dunfermline is handy for me.If you call, manetion I passed his details on please

Ally, if it's only a couple of scratches you could refurb yourself. My seats are looking a bit tired with various lines and marks and i bought a kit from a company in Ireland to do my seats. I will be refurbing them in a few weeks when i come back from my course. I'll post up some before and after pics or we can meet up if you want to look at them.
Kenny.

I left a voice mail on the number provided on the web site with my mobile number. That was 2 week ago, I never heard anything back. Cheers,
Michael.
I have an appointment next year @ Trimline in Broxburn. Once I have a quote, I'll decide how far I'll go. Seats and steering wheel are a sure thing, carpets maybe.
I did have another number for a guy in Eask Kilbride, Peter someone I think, but he wanted to re-cover everything, not re-furb'. Looks like there are plenty options on here though.
Are trimline the guys that recover, I really want an alacantara retrim to my steering wheel on the exige.
Altho in my true style for some reason as soon as the snow comes I get itchy feet for a new car, changed every year for last 5 so could well be 6 in a row (altho steering wheel retrim would be a lot cheaper)
cheers
