I'm not sure if it's the noise, grunt, feedback, or whatever, but whenever I give it a bootfull in 2nd I fear for my life. In fact, I don't think I've seen >5.5KRPM in 2nd recently as I can't physically stop myself from upshifting. It's like an evolutionary response I have to conserve life.
I hope I'll be cured when more grip comes in summer - but driving home tonight in the cerb I couldn't get over how damnned awesome it is... and how much I think it wants to kill me (I need to fettle suspension settings I think!).

Only scared that it won't start! (Twice this weekend, new battery required).
Had it 3 weeks, drive 1,800 miles in rain and in the dry. Getting used to her little foibles and when not to be over-enthusiastic with the right-hand lead boot. Still a bit concerned about how light the front gets at about 1.6 leptons, but I don't get there very often!

For legal reasons I should add that this was NOT on the Queens highway and I do not recommend that anyone exceeds any speed limits!)

I think I would have to say I am more respectful than scared of it. I'm sure it wouldn't take long to get into trouble with one, and unlike other cares I have owned, I've never let a mate 'Have a go!!!'
As others have said, I would be more scared of it not starting for some reason, picture the scene, a packed pub in the Summer with everyone sitting in the garden, you stroll back to your pride and joy as everyone else watches and points, you slide in and 'click!!!' The stuff nightmares are made of, and the reason I'm always the last one to leave the pub!

still hungover from easter celebrations Think it's the other way round with me and mine! 
Fortunately, my Cerbera has now got the hang of me and does it's best to cover my mistakes and keep us on track. And I'm not being totally ridiculous when I say that either! It is because the car is so capable, that it's saved me more than once!

As a former biker, M3 and Lotus Elise driver, I find the Cerb a little annoying at times with its penchant for spinning a wheel on moderate bends with low throttle.
It doesn't have the limited slip diff that it definitely should have had as standard.
I also find it is not easy to pull away quickly as again it spins a wheel so damn easily and hot hatches zoom off through my rubber smoke.
What I would give for my M3 diff!

Driving it doesn't scare me, but the thought of it going wrong always did. A full strip down and engine rebuild soon cured that though! Although I wouldn't want to have to do the work again, it no longer worries me.
Happy days now, sun, full tank of optimax, no ominous rattling noises.

I drove into work and opened up the taps a bit on a b-road. This thing seriously shifts & scares me. OK OK I'm a wuss
1/2 the scaryness may well be that I either need a new steering UJ or to adjust the rach pretension, car has a habit of wandering a shade & also teh brake bias is far too rearward, which also makes scrubbing the speed off a little hiiinteresting too Operation over the next couple of weeks is to sort these little niggles once and for all before being ready for spring/summer
rusty - you got a hydratrack? My plate LSD is a little grabby at the moment - locks up rather than spins up! I found my elise the worse for pulling away with wheelspin, the cerb is fine!
