Just seen heading northbound on the M3 coming past junction 6 half of hampshires finest there was a convoy of 30 vehicles all with their blues on!!! There was only 3 marked 5series BMW the rest where all unmarked about 15 VW crafter vans, new shape merc ml new shape porsche cayennes so not your standard unmarked police cars!!! And never seen sooooo many!!! Any ideas on what's going on???

I saw a very similar convoy on the M4 in about October last year. I couldn't work out what it was then either!

They may not have been police but what others use unmarked vans Porsche cayennes with all the blues and twos installed?????

Lots of stuff in and out of the Castle this evening, including a Cayenne/New BMW 7/Merc S Class so must be a bash on there.

I saw this I wa sheading soundbound to Basingstoke, counted at Total 27 cars & Vans.
Thought some-fin big was going down in London.
Scanned the News, nothing??
Like a hollywood scene, blues n twos a flashing.
Bet Northbound M3 drivers had Pu in pants.
