To be fair, I may invest in some carpet if it is at a good price as I am going to do up the interior of mine over the summer months. Might get some vinyl too, depends what prices and colours there are.

I'll be making the long drive from Aberdeen, provided I get the engine back in this weekend for a bit of testing! Undecided on whether to buy a hood for this trip or not, it was a long drive back last year and rained all the way, still I don't get wet if I can keep moving. Traffic jams would be another story of course

Nah, it's nowhere near finished yet. Next year maybe, definately the year after.

I'll be bringing my Royale Sabre from Toulouse, France for the Sunday and poss Monday if I can find a hotel nearby with secure parking. My days of camping are well behind me, my bad back tells me I really do need a comfie bed.

Anyone recommend a hotel?
