A Sponsorship Request and a BBQ to Compensate

Sorry I haven't been around for a while - busy running lots of miles for this little jog around London I am doing on the 25th April. God forbid but I have even given up on alcohol for the next three weeks until the race

I could do with a bit of help raising money for the charity I am running for though. They are only a small charity - Hearing Dogs for Deaf People - and I have been running for them for a couple of years now. If any of you could help with sponsorship, even if it is only a couple of quid, I would be really grateful. I promise I will make broom broom noises as I run through Westferry Circus as a thank you.

Just reposting this - it ended up in EMT which means I had invited the whole of Pistonheads to my BBQ! Now that would have been a disaster...

Good plan! I do have one which I use for long training runs although it's not...er...designed for women as the chest strap is rather unfortunately placed.

Will see if I can find a more female friendly one at the Marathon Expo tomorrow...
