Have also heard this but they are also very expensive and have heard of problems with the bonnet getting to hot and damaging the paint although i do not know if this is a one off or not scratchchin

Give Pat at Primary Designs a call mate!
Quality is top as is the sound it makes...well worth the money IMO.
I had a PD exhaust, sport cat and manifold on my MK1 FRS. Had the manifold ceramic coated to reduce under bonnet temps but didnt have any probs with heat damaging anything.

JEK ones are currently the most popular with the "blue army" (RSOC guys)

I'd love one, but the money these things cost for the FRS is just too much for a car I don't use much.

Send a message to "Skipper" on the RS site. He is Mr JEK fabrications.

As for the hot bonnet issues, many guys heat wrap or have theirs coated. Its more expense but a way round the problem. Blueflame do something similar, manifold, £600, ceramic coated manifold, £1k!
