tamora Prob need help !!!!

Hi Chaps,replaced the radiator and went in no probs,me thinking great,,,,,
Been under the bonnet all day and still no further ahead,the car is turning over but,
there is no fuel coming through to the front,the fuel pump is working out of the tank but as soon as i replace the clipped lead into the fuel pump the power goes out( I have checked the power lead with a tester without the pump connected and there is power there)But as soon as they make contact the power on the tester goes !Now Is this because its making a circuit or something to do with the relay( Changed relay with head light one and still the same prob)also tested the pump out of the tank with separate power and it works fine!!!
Also have tried the inersha switch under the dash ( By pushing the button lots of times still no fuel to the engine bay!)air filter off and the box pour a little fuel in the carbs and it tries to fire for a few turns of the motor so very sure its a fuel prob,taken a spark plug out and there is spark,taken the batt of and replaced it to see if that would reset anything!!! still nothing anybody please help......regards Burnie

ps Is there anything I can do to sort it or am i going to have to take it some place Hope not this month.

There are two fuel pumps in the tank . Chances are one of the fuel pipes inside the tank has come off as they are only crimped on . Replace the originals with jubilee clips , David

Where is the other then As i could only see one on the right hand sideis the other under the fuel filler ? Cheers Burnie.

Hi Chaps I am at witts end this as been such hard work and still no further forward ! any more help please both pumps have pipes on,is there anybody with as wire diagram so i can follow leads and wires cheers Burnie.

Anybody know some body local to me in Romford who can look at the car to sort this silly prob out ?
