Masterchef tonight (6/4/10)

One of the so called chef's on MC tonight is claiming he is serving 'Sea Trout' as a main course. Now, i know my fish and have spent 20+ years catching, eating and studying various species.
Im sure its a very nice dish, but he is using bloody Rainbow Trout. This is supposed to be the top rung of cookery here, and its on the BBC. Cant they get the details right. I'd send it back if i was eating it!! Rainbow Trout is cheap (though very tasty), Sea Trout however is not so cheap!!
