Aha! The mystery of the absent thread is revealed! It did seem to disappear with extreme prejudice, not even a simple padlock but to suffer the fate of vanishing down a digital black hole with no record
of its existence! I was curious as to the outcome, especially as I was accused of working for them... The bloody cheek of it! ;-) (I don't, by the way.)

That thread seems a bit different as there do not appear to be (at least not in the OP) any accusations of a legal nature. It seems that it is ok to simply moan about rubbish service, as I guess this does not attract any legal ramifications (such as defamation). I could be wrong however.

Threads have been pulled for less. In the past any mention of bad service provided by a named company has been pulled.

I too am surprised that the thread has lasted this long.
