TV Scart to PC to use the TV as a monitor
Discussion
Depends on the TV, there is actually no such thing as a VGA-SCART lead dispite Ebay selling them, certain Graphix cards output YPbPr via the VGA and certain TV's can accept YPbPr via the SCART (via a menu opton) thats how they get away with it, but you must have compatable equipment wich most people dont.
VGA and SCART are incompatable signal types so as previouly mentioned you have to use a converter and to be honest the results are not very good.
