Tax and Savings in Spain

Hi

The GF has a house in Galicia, which she is having work done to.

Does anyone know a good Spanish bank accounts to put her euros in so she earns a bit of interest or at least doesn't lose money? Do they have ISAs or other good saving schemes?

Are there any tax breaks that she could be taking advantage of as she is in the higher income tax band?

Are there good books/websites to find this stuff out?
