Hiring insurance help

Hello PHers
Basically im hoping someone can help me out with some insurance for a car which will be used on a trackday but it will need a road insurance due to non-trailering.
My stats: DOB 02-10-1990 2 years no claims. Bank Staff.
Father as secondary driver DOB: 25-04-1960 Detective Inspector
Neither of us have any claims or convictions
Cars would include SAXO VTS/PUG 205/VW GOLF MK2/RENAULT 5 GT/FORD FIESTA. Prefer golf and 205
Anybody who can find me a decent quote for any of the cars above with an insurance quote broker will get a massive thanks from me because I am struggling. I think it is more sensible to try the car with like 1.6 engines as opposed to a 2.0L engine because it is just a joke for insurance unless im missing something?
