FMCG Marketing teams
Discussion
Hi guys,
I'm about to start a dissertation on marketing team structures in FMCG companies based in Europe. Before I begin my trawl of the interweb, I thought I would pick the brains of ph.
Im looking specifically for how the marketing team is strucured within the business. Example firms are Nestle, Unilver, P+G etc.
If anyone has any thoughts, contats who may know or sources I could check out that would be really helpful.
Thanks very much,
Adam

You appear to be looking at multi-category companies? I work for one of those not mentioned but still multicategory and European Organisation with a US base. We are reluctant to share our org structures (HR viewpoint) I work in the Commercial area and am happy to share a broad outline, but I cannot give a detailed structure... sorry
Hi JK,
Thanks for the response, anything at all will be a huge help for my dissertation. I am indeed looking at multi-category co's with specific emphasis on confectionary and european teams.
Due to the sensitive nature of the topic, we can take the convo away to e-mail? (I can be reached through my profile)
Thanks very much for any help,
cheers,
adam
