Gutted just spoke to Trevor and i aint getting my exhaust as they stopped making em for the mo, but there is a poss with jet stream a slight one.
Trevor was saying if there was a need for 5 they would make them at a cost of £1800. would there be by any chance 4 of you guys who would be interested in the purchase of this fine equipment. I know about Urban Racing and heard they are very good but im a perfectionist and would prefer the roush.

Please let me know if you might be interested.

Yeah, I'd agree from what I've seen so far.

Roush and urban racings exhausts are both fantastic I've got the urban racing exhaust on mine and the quality and finish from dave and the team was second to none and it also saved me quite a few £££ to spend on more goodies for my car.

I decided on the Alunox exhaust with the upgraded manifolds, Leon will be fitting in about 4 weeks time.

Not sure on the performance gains but the whole system looks to be superbly made with the best materials and especially the manifolds with the revised support brackets and additional outlet for the wastegate.

One bonus is that I could also choose my tailpipe design.

The piper/roush system may be too noisy for some and the tail pipes are a bit odd looking. From a power point of view they are as good as anything I should think.
I was very impressed with the urban system but never got to hear it. At the time it was a cat back system with oval tail pipes.
The noble motorsport exhaust is the one I ended up getting, full system with sports cats and nice tail pipes, the noise is just right as well. Not cheap at the same price as the roush.

If i didn't have the Roush system already (i have the quiet tail pipes on mine to ensure that i still get on track...very happy with the system all round) i would be tempted by some of the systems from the States for sure. shout Wes???? Turbo Hoses manufacture some tasty systems...could be expensive by the time you have imported one though.

I did look at the turbohoses option as it looks so good, but they are too expensive for me. Even the shipping cost were rediculous. More like art work than pipe work smile

When I mailed Turbohoses last year they wanted nearly 4 figures just for shipping ???

Couldn't work that one out.

Are the Urban Racing or H&S systems available off the shelf or do they have to be made on the car?

Jigs are made for the urban-racing system, but as all Nobles are different, fitting of the exhaust on site is a must. I would think Dave can get a system out quite quickly now,(don't think he has them off the shelf) they can also upgrade the wiring and fuel pump. With my system I could also choose the noise level as I have gone for the more fuity sound :
