Having full suspension rebuild and Gaz Gold Professional fitte front and back, wondered if anyone can advise on settings to get as near 'standard ride' as possible?

Thanks dave I'm off to France today so will have to wait to try results but am wishing this hol over before it starts, I've been told ...... all because of that bl**dy car again.
