I do exactly the same. Swearing at politicians that is, not dressing up like Uncle Albert.
Still, "a new community order for 12 months, 200 hours’ unpaid work, 60 days’ attendance on an education and training course, and monthly court reviews" at least keep the giant public sector employment wheels turning.

I bet it all started because his shouting disturbed his neighbours watching Britain's Got Talent, the X-Factor or some such garbage. They probably never vote and couldn't name a single party leader. This man cares, vents his fury and gets thrown in jail, in JAIL!!! Of course the journos aren't probably telling the whole story here and it is the Daily Wail, but this shows that the state apparatus will persecute and prosecute those who are easy to catch and punish, and practically gives up when it comes to the real villains.

Its nowhere near. He's disturbing his neighbours by screaming at the TV whenever a politician is on, day or night. Would you want to live next to someone who starts shouting and swearing at 11pm (when QT is on)?
