Hi All,
A couple of repos that I had my eye on and was 'outbid' (allegedly) on completed months ago. They are not showing on Land Registry. Someone has told me this is because the Gubberment don't want house prices skewed by cheap repo's appearing. Is there anywhere else to find out the actual sold price?

ETA. A couple of months may be too early for them to appear as the site was last updated in January '10.

Type 'sold house prices' in the google search bar and loads of sold price sites come up.
I think you will find the same problem with time though.
Good luck.

Thanks but doesn't bring anything up after 2008. I think all these sites use Land Registry data anyway and the houses I have bid on are not appearing on Land Registry but they definately completed over a year ago.
