I've had my TVR Cerbera for a year now and up until now I have just been using Autoglym Super resin and Autoglym extra gloss protection. Although the finish I've been getting was ok I wanted it to look better so decided to try Clay bar.
So the other day I bought a selection of Meguires products, Clay bar kit, Deep Crystal Polish, Wet look spray wax and some microfibre cloths.
I spent hours last week in the garage and after using Clay, under the garage light, you really could feel and see how smooth and glossy it looked. but today the first time out in the sun it just looks covered in swirl marks.
How do I remove them? Is it worth me buying a scratch removal kit or am I just going to make it worse? The paint does seem very soft, every time I take it out it gets another scratch or stone chip and any mark shows up really bad because its such a dark colour (Emerald Green but looks black in some lights).

the only real way to remove swirl marks is to machine polish them out. You can hide them with autoglym super resin polish. Super resin polish is packed full of fillers and if you apply 4-5 coats really worked into the paint you will be able to mask the majority of the swirl marks.
