Next question is, if some public employees IT skills are so bad, and indeed it must be said they are, then why single out 5? Can think of far more deserving cases for attention.

What about a private BF2 game with VOIP? I mean, words like HQ, general, mosque, hotel, C4, suicide bomber and bunnyhopper aren't unknown to be used. Er, wait a sec, I need to check that last one.
