If ever there was any proof needed that Planet Rock is by far the best radio station ever then this is it.

Their latest advert played on Sat' night at about 8:30 before 'Saturday Night with Alice". Silence and then the anouncer declares:

"Alice Cooper or some tts trying to ice skate? Hmmmmm...."

And yes they said tts, I had to pull over while I was laughing.

I love PR, sometimes they are a wee bit "Close to the bone" but bloody superb.

Rick Wakeman is brilliant too, and the bloody station has made me aware of all the good stuff (in my eyes) I missed whilst growing up smile

Now that I have DAB in my Car, Garage and Bedroom I never need to listen to anything else. It's just bloody brilliant, superb music, decent/awesome presenters and great guests.

I really enjoyed Slash discussing his new album on Sat night while driving home from Rockingham.

Got a Pure Highway (the choice is limited) but I have it hard wired into my Aux-in on the back of the head unit and mounted in the glovebox with all wires inside the dash, the power is ignition switched from inside the dash and the aerial wire runs up the a-pillar to the small aerial right at the top of the screen.

The only bit you can see it the aerial right at the top of the screen on the passengers side.

Coverage has been very good, as warned by the fitters though it doesn't like city centres and goes abit intermittent in built up areas. but thats less than 5% of my driving time though.

This weekend I went Derby-Lincoln-Rockingham-Glos-Derby with only a few bits of poor reception around high buildings.

I think you've just sold me on it, on ebay you can get them from £40ish so not that bad prices, and planet rock on the move would be fab!
