Facebook warning for PHr's - Tim Porter...

A guy called 'Tim Porter' requested to add me as a friend which I accepted on the basis that he had 16'ish mutual friends (all PHr's) and his profile pic is a stunning green Mustang. I assumed I must have met him on a run or a PH event...

Within minutes I started getting spam emails into my Facebook inbox about alleged 'free' hire car and tour events that 'only' need a substantial deposit to secure a place (hmmm...); which coincidently stopped when I deleted him.

Maybe he's genuine? I have no idea, so if you do actually know him then please pass on my regards.

His is genuine, he owns/run the Cannonball and has a 1000+bhp Mustang

He has a business selling/importing/creating the UBB Mustangs so i'm not surprised you're getting these emails.

KenH00nas had a friend request from someone who had one mutual friend, can't remember her name but she's the scantily clad one on his friends list, shortly being removed. Hopefully people haven't been getting friends requests from her and her 'get my sexy pics' messages (I haven't looked so can't confirm if they are, what type of trojan virus might attack your equipment if you did get her pics)

Alright, I've been found out. It's a friend (have a look at the FB friends list, she's wearing not much) who's a bit of a tart, I'm embarrassed at her general lack of respectability (half naked pics online, is that what the world's come to?) and shameful self promotion through FB. Alright she spams, but your question has made me think that perhaps it's just a cry for help, perhaps she just needs us all, let's all promise to yes, look at her pictures, tell her how wonderful she looks and that perhaps, she'd look ''just as good'' with more clothes on.

Tim Porter is the guy that used to run the Cannonball Run Europe before he sold the rights (so i was informed) to Jan who now runs it. He still runs it in the US and UBB Mustang i think is another business venture of his, he imported the 1000bhp mustang that VBH tested on fifth gear.

He's ok but you do get alot of mail from him.
