So this loathsome couple have no responsibility for their own financial position ? Just because somebody is willing to pay them doesn't mean they should accept it. We could all do the same as them . .. but we don't because we have self respect, pride, a sense of decency.

Witness the hirachy of needs. A massive great big essential in any public sector or wooly PR persons arsenal of bullst. Of course, in this communitarian eutopia, everyone has "rights" which mean that everyone should have a fair crack at ticking all the boxes. So, as you lot are grafting your arses off, busting away at the Esteem Level. Getting your st sorted out, owning property, achieving, getting there, you need to be taxed in order to facilitate someone's safety/belonging level.

Now, I'm all for people being safe. (Trying to avoid goldie lookin chain puns here) but it's gone to a level where you these levels of "what's acceptable" are beyond the reach of most of us who work.

The problem is that the socialists are in charge and have too much of a say.

I'd rather people were left to fend for themselves, achieve for themselves, aspire, be successful and above all, not have the fruits of their success STOLEN AND FRITTERED AWAY SO THAT SOMEONE ELSE MAY ENJOY THESE THINGS.

I actually got so angry about this, I vowed to work for myself and pay as little towards this fiasco as possible. I WILL AVOID PAYING FOR THEM WHEREVER POSSIBLE.
