Open a debt management company or find a reliable partner?

Over the last few months we have been working with a number of “leads buyers” who have been purchasing hotkey transfers created by our door to door distribution network.

We have been working using a number of models including upfront, upfront and backend, packaging deals etc. Over the last few months I have came up against a number of cowboy’s who don’t pay or mess us around for ages which takes up time and resources which could be better deployed elsewhere.

I now think it might be a good idea to get into the DM market or partner with a company who we can trust. I know our service is reliable, we answer calls every time and our clients are ready to do business.

Has anyone set up a debt management company from scratch using consultants etc or is the best bet to find a trusted partner to move things on?

I have rock solid IVA contacts who can handle leads on various referral agreements.

Likewise PI claims and life assurance stuff.

Let me know volumes and the like and will see what can be worked out if you want?

As we operate a real time door to door distribution network we can generate a larger number of leads simply by expanding our drop zones. We currently use historical data to determine potential leads per campaign
