.....pics of the finished conversion carried out by Elwemes Coachworks ...think you'll agree the car looks much 'meaner' with the 'light-weight' style conversion...(will post stage by stage pics of the conversion process if Tescos find my lost pics )

and finally a picture of the afterburners fitted over the Xmas period....

Looks superb Paddy. I'm thinking of getting mine done sometime...although my better half will find somewhere else for the money to end up...like on the house, holidays, jewelery, clothes, shoes, etc. etc. etc. etc.

Looks fantastic....like the colour coding on after burners as well.

Very similar to mine own steed.

Satman .... car looks wicked mate, well worth the pennies !!

Have been thinking of booking mine in for exactly the same treatment (front end & rear afterburners)

What was the damage if you don't mind me asking ?!?

And how long did it take ??

Dogs danglies, good job Satman, , can't wait to see it in the flesh.

However I'm becoming sorely tempted by the type R headlight conversion

Not sure I like the type R, is that something the TVR bodyshop dreamed up?

Hi Julian...Maybe you'll come to the next Mid-Essex meet?...we have arranged for the Ferrari Club to attend as well so should be a good un!
As for the Type R look...mmmm not so sure...personally i think they are a tad overboard, and i preferred to keep the indicators in their original position but changed them to white ones with orange bulbs...but then every one has their own personal taste!

Looks very good, but think I also fall into the camp for preferring the originals.

50:50 on the fronts, but definately prefer the rear originals (even though tinted Fester lights).

Is there anyway a Cerbera could have faired in lights in the style of a T350?

I reckon it would look the dogs (or in fact bollocks :

Jason Webb at TVR Bodyshop has been working on it and has a prototype - give him a call. He has just done the LW conversion on mine and hope to have it back monday coming but we did talk in brief about the type of lights you mention above - i opted to take the conservative option and can't wait to see them and get my car back.

Yep, time I showed my face over there. Born in romford so I'm more essex boy than Kent. When and where is the next essex daytime meet?

March 14th mate..! (second sunday of the month)

I'll be running my usual convoy from the White Hart in Chelmsford... so keep your eyes peeled for that!

If you need (or want) more details mail me, or Yellow Peril (the Mid-Essex RO)

Rear lights were from www.quadconversions.com/tvr_chimaera_and_cerbera_led_aft.htm
Fitted them myself, and personally found this too be quite easy to do...

Thanks stas...wheels are going to stay as they are for the moment as there is far too much tread on the SO2's that are on the existing wheels...think that the next upgrade is going to be suspension...bet you cant wait for your 'baby' to come back from the factory??
