Hi,

I know this topic has been exhaustively examined on p/heads but please may I ask you advise.

Today I received aan NIP for 66mph in a temporary 50 limit on the M5.

Honestly speaking I remember seeing the cammera and slowing down - perhaps not to below 50 but certainly below 60. If I can avoid I do not want to pay the fine/points.

Please can anyone offer a good course of action here...???

Thank you much in advance.

www.pepipoo.com is a better bet

Basically don't sign the NIP, ask to see all evidence...

Fight it all the way

Ask for photos. If it was an LTI20-20, apparently the way forward is to plead not guilty and insist on disclosure of the full video. At this point, they appear to drop the case... I think there is something to hide! Pepipoo has all the details.

Don't sign NIP. Write to them asking for the photos so you can help ID the driver. If you can't, then say you don't know who was driving. Their evidence is then effectively not evidence. This approach worked for me.
Cheers & good luck
