What is it with BMW Dealers ?

Hi everyone,
Unfortunately we've had to delete the contents of this topic. As many of you know, we have important "Name and Shame" rules here on PistonHeads, designed to prevent exactly what the thread found it's way to becoming - a discussion between dealer and customer, 'sides of stories' being questioned and potentially damaging words being said.

To the gentleman whose M5 was still being worked on - please feel free to update everyone on how you get on (in a new thread), but please do remember not to mention the dealer's name.
I appreciate everyone invested time and effort on the thread, and so for it's total deletion we do apologise, but it had got so far past the point of no return that we believe it the most appropriate action. Normally, such threads are stopped far far in advance.
We trust you all understand, and good luck on getting the cars back to how you wish
