Jellison and total loss are popping round this Saturday afternoon to set about my speedboat,all welcome,will be firing up the BBQ end of the day.

Are you sure on that James wink Those tyre are way too Big.

Good stuff - I very rarely used to have those problems (lighting them up).

James I mailed my engine build this thread link - he does top line Miami Vice Boat type lumpos too wink

SO James - check list:-

New steering wheel, check gauges work, new battery reattach the throttles in the cabin, move the switch pad on the Vinyl dash top just to the dash top, pop the new lump in, check all hydrialic connected and bled, check on the rubber seals (replace round where the prop comes out), fit the bypass exhausts.

Trim at least the front two seat. Test it out.

Rest can be done later - i.e. tidy and trim it.

Keep me posted when you need more help.

Will be cracking on with the boat this coming saturday afternoon 1.00pm onwards,will be overhauling the outdrive leg,installing new engine ,cleaning inside and outside of boat and stripping the braking system and wheel bearings on the new secondhand trailer,all welcome!

Where did you get the engine?Is it second hand or a new block?
