Tom Tom 710

My old TT 710 is up to date with the latest software and maps etc. It works fine, I don't use it that much, it does all I need.

But a couple of times recently, after behaving normally for a couple of hours driving it started asking whether I wanted to connect it to a computer. On the M25? Not really.

Select 'no' and screen returns to the navigation, only to do it again a few seconds later. Ignoring the message it sometimes reverted to the nab after a while, sometimes not. This goes on for some minutes, switching it off and back on made no difference.

Any ideas? Loss of signal?
