Trying to move the wedge out of the garage, but seems the wheels have seized on.The handbrake had been left off, tryed rocking the car but still wont move, the car isnt running at the moment so i cant start the car.Cannot find anywhere to tie a rope and pull the car out backwards. ANY IDEAS PLEASE
Had this once with the wedge and just gave it more revs and hoped (tried my luck that day) it would be ok, and it was. Wedge had just been parked for a couple of weeks. Everytime when stationary for longer and I had no issues, and no issues since!
As an alternative used on another car, stored over a few years in this case: each wheel lifted and with 'doing the wheel bolts up' principle undid one at a time. Has also worked on wheels with drum brakes.
In the worst case would hit the brake pads briefly with a hammer...., as it just needs a type of shock threatment to free them.
Hope you get it sorted.

Get a big strong rope around the diff cage or other strong chassis area and hoyke her out. Make sure she's in neutral. My MG brakes seize up overnight if it's been wet.

Hi
are you able to get a trolley jack under? if so try jacking it up and spinning individual wheels to find out which are seized. There is also a possibility that it could be stuck in gear/clutch stuck etc, which can happen after a period of storage.
This one gets my voteare you able to get a trolley jack under? if so try jacking it up and spinning individual wheels to find out which are seized. There is also a possibility that it could be stuck in gear/clutch stuck etc, which can happen after a period of storage.

If it's a rear brake (caliper locked up) undoing the bleed screw to release pressure may free it.
If it's gearbox/clutch.
Remove prop shaft.
