Forgot how good this film really is until i saw it again earlier.

all the more incredible is the fact its based on real events. chaotic isnt the word. Highly recomend people watch it if they havent seen it!!

a quote from the great man......

Factory Records are not actually a company. We are an experiment in human nature. You're labouring under the misapprehension that we actually have a deal with, er, with our, our bands. That we have any kind of a contract, er, at all, and I'm afraid we, er, we don't because that's, er, that's the sum total of the paperwork to do with Factory Records, deal with, er, their various bands.

I think it's a superb film, but as a big Happy Mondays fan I appreciate my view may be biased.

Best line for me has to be Sean Ryder on the tour bus "It's a bit like Scooby Doo innit, 'cos they had a bus" rofl

I'm seeing Peter Hook's one man show tonight where he talks about the Hacienda days, as per his "How Not To Run A Nightclub" book.. should be fun!

I watched the Ian Curtis bio-pic, Control last weekend which I thoroughly enjoyed. It is supposed to be a bit more true to life than 24 Hour Party People but they are both exaggerated for entertainment purposes.

I watched this on the recommendation of all my friends.

One of the biggest piles of ste in the entire history of film making. Regardless if it was based on the truth...
