We were looking at doing this last year but got sidetracked.

Info here http://www.mazoudier.com/professional/GoHello.pdf

However, they seem to have disappeared.

The format and interface looked ideal for us, what alternatives are there?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Simon

Thanks Primo. Had a look at that earlier, didn't get past the Danish though. Just found the 'english' button but it doesn't make that much more sense.

Its not what one would call 'user friendly', is it? That's what attracted me to GoHello.

To be fair, GSM Gateways and the such are becoming less and less common/competitive. OFCOM are concentrating a lot of effort on pushing down the cost of calling mobiles from a landline and IIRC, they have promised to have this down to under 5ppm by 2011.

Considering BT get away with charging up to and around 20ppm for the same call at the moment to those who don't shop around with alternative providers, this will dramatically cut costs anyway.

My advice is to stick it out, get some figures from alternative providers on call costs (PM me if you want) and cut your costs that way.

I had a number of customers who jumped ship for 'lower call costs' using a GSM Gateway, but the initial set up cost a fortune and it simply doesn't (or won't) end up value for money at the end of the day.

I've not come across GoHello but if they are struggling, it tells a story...

Ok, understood. Thanks for that. We route through daisy ATM so call costs are pretty low anyway. My main motivator is versatility; our business model has changed considerably and both myself and my production manager are often off site. As long as I remember to divert to mobile, alls well. I usually forget...

Anyway, thanks for the offer, will pm you.
