Dunno but Royal Mail prices went up a week or so ago for a service that gets worse each week(a week to get a jiffy bag from Shropshire to Staffordshire).

If you're VAT registered then surely whatever they charge you for VAT is simply reclaimed by you, no? It's the non-VAT regd businesses that will get done.
