Which Laser printer?

Mono or Colour? I've just got a refill kit for our HP CP3505, it worked fine apart from the Magenta cart for some reason but they refunded without question.

Not ideal but worth a look. Have found in the past it was cheaper buying new HP with full(not half full!) toners (when on offer) than replacing the toners!!

I recommend the Xerox solid ink printers.
They don't use toners just squares of wax you plonk in a hole. No waste and expensive dust left in a plastic box you have to bin.
As such the price per print wipes the floor with laser. There is also a good market for compatible ink.
Check out the Xerox 8560 which is the cheaper of the two units. The 8860 costs half as much again to run, but costs more to buy.

Kyocera printers have a decent cost per page. Don't get hung up on the ability to refill - look at the TCO.
Having had more than a few clients make a mess out of their printer by trying to save a few quid by using shoddy remanufactured cartridges, I usually just ask my suppliers to get the cost of the OEM toners as close as possible to the 3rd party price.
