Windscreen

Hi All.

This weekend I was going to remove the windscreen, any tips on doing this and not breaking the glass, there are 2 small chips to the class but these are right at the point where it fits to the body.
Are there any special tools to do this.

sharp "stanley" knife although i believe windscreen fitters have special shaped thingy for doing "normal" cars !

Although this is a good tool for cutting out, it will almost definitely break the screen and/or damage the car.

If the OP wants to save the screen, I suggest he thinks about calling in a professional or seek the help of somebody who has experience of taking one out.
