If you are not going the machine route, then you'll need to find a product with "fillers" in. There are a number of polishes and glazes that do, the most popularly available of which is Autoglym Super Resin Polish.
Wash the car, and then ensure you strip any existing waxes, etc with a paint cleanser. Then apply SRP which will mildly polish the surface and fill the scratches to a degree. Finally give it a coat of wax , and you should find that the swirls are less than they were.

AG SRP has very limited (if any at all) swirl removal capabilities. It really only temporarily fills the minute scratches to appear as though there are less swirls, after a wash or two they will be back. You'll need something a bit more aggressive to remove them more permanently. Have a look at Meguiars Swirl X if you intend on using something by hand.
Also, take a look at the cause of the swirls - (possibly your washing technique?) there's no point in spending time removing them if your going to use the 50p sponge and a single bucket full of dirty water to wash the whole car

now where did you buy that from I did tell you and show you for filling and making paint look better, i think there is no better on the market .
How did you get on with it as some find it tricky to use ???

Yes... most important part of a good wash regime.. Pressure rinse the car first and get as much dirt off as possible before touching it with shampoo and a mitt.Auto finesse said:

My staff gave up on the product as they were using it like a natural wax .
Apply in 2ft square areas or smaller , leave for 30 seconds or so then wipe off .
Use the applicator damp with water then you find that it spreads much thinner and much easier to wipe off .
Once mastered its not that hard to use , just dont apply like a pot wax that you apply to many panels or even whole car wait for cure time then wipe off as you will never get it off without quick detail spray .
With this product less is more
and its a paste sealent , like many liquid sealent products wipe on wipe off Kelly

5 easy steps to working with it:
1) Wet supplied applicator fully, then squeeze out with same pressure as firm handshake, leaving it a bit more moister than merely damp
2) Dab applicator in tub of AB - 3-4 dabs of light-medium pressure
3) Apply AB to 2' square sections or 1/4-1/3 of a panel at a time, leaving for no more than 30 secs before buffing. If any areas set up too much when buffing, simply go over with the applicator, and buff a bit sooner.
4) Leave 30 mins minimum before putting a second layer on.
5) If you want to be lazy, then sheet rinse car, and apply AB to the still pooled panels - you'll need to wring out the applicator more often.
6) Don't let a light drizzle or spitting put you off - you can still apply and buff the AB, except you'll need to have more dry microfiber cloths on standby.
