How can I delete all the emails in my spam folder in one go?

I've tried the obvious, mark all then delete but this seems to do nothing except ask me if I want to delete the folder which cannot be undone, apparently.

Assuming its the official Junk Email folder, right click it in the Table of Contents on the left hand side and you'll se an option for Empty Junck Email Folder. Left click and you're done.

Thanks chaps beer

Eta: Err, no. No empty folder option.

Open, Find, New Folder, Rename, Delete, Hide, Sync Settings and Properties.

Can't work out how to do a screen print either so can't really show you.

Just do a CTRL-A whilst in the folder and it'll highlight all messages then just press delete.

I'm not aware of a "Delete all" option in any version of Outlook, at least not with Exchange.

Nope, just asks if I want to delete the folder, not it's contents.

Hold Alt and hit Print Screen - that'll capture just the active window - no cropping required! wink
