Has anyone used an alternative to iTunes?
I want the ability to copy what I want including .pdf, .doc, .xls files as well as music and video but am struggling with iTunes.
CopyTrans anyone? Click.

Looks like it's the same issue - can't copy pdfs or other files, so far as I can see anyway.

What are you trying to copy from? I use quickoffice for documents. Are you trying to transfer from mail, or a file server?

I want to copy from my PC. At the moment I have to email them to myself which is rather inelegant.

get one of the multitude of free wireless file server apps. I use airsharing, but you can use dropcopy, etc.

Dropcopy

Airsharing (Also a pdf, doc viewer)

Evernote also looks good... just playing with that myself. Allows syncing of pdf's, docs, notes, etc, so you can access them anywhere.
