Good laptop deal?

Can anyone give me recommendations where to get a good laptop for under £700?

Dell are offering double your memory until the end of today. But lack of floppy drive and Indian support annoy me.

Indian support on it's own would stop me from buying this, I have only had call to deal with dell support once in the last 2 years but it took me 3 weeks to get the problem sorted because they are a bunch of useless tossers...
