Got a few wedge bits I'm taking to Chatsworth next Sunday
Discussion
I've got a few 280i wedge bits I'm taking with me to Chatsworth, if anybody is interested in them:
NS and OS headlight pods and motors
NS side lamp and indicator
Drivers door window (I think Chedder wants that?)
Drivers electric window motor and mechanism
Various SW iii Gauges
3.54 open diff complete. (I'll only take that if somebody wants it)
3.54 Powrlock LSD unit
Open diff carrier to suit 4.01 ratio
14" spare tyre and wheel
Black spare wheel cover
Indicator / wash / wipe switch unit c/w stalks
Original TVR horn push button
If anybody is going and wants anything else that is easy to take off the car just let me know (as long as it fits in the boot of my Tussy)
All proceeds to the NTEL race car fund

cheers Rob
Hi Rob, I don't know how much they are worth so make an offer. I know they haven't been operated for about 6 years though. Give me a bell on 07973 920696 when you get to Chatsworth, I should be there pretty early.cheers Rob

hey ntel, I assume you're breaking the wedge..? just wondering what condition the seats are in? colour? and if you'd be willing to sell them if I collect?
Seats aren't great to be honest. They are like a grey velour with black vinyl. Drivers seat has a few oily stains but I suppose the passenger seat is reasonable. The frames seem OK though.Flyin Banana said:
Dave, do you have any switches for the lights etc looking for the 3way main light switch, just in the throws of re wiring the taz, oh and i need a new windscreen as i was driving it this morning and the bonnet blew up and smashed it!!!!
Rob
Unfortunately all the switches went a couple of weeks ago however I still have all the glass. Having unsuccessfully attempted to get a windscreen out before, what I intend to do this time as I will be cutting the body up anyway, is cut out the complete frame with the glass in it. You can take that if you like. Rob
Alternatively you could be a Lexan screen from race plastics for about £200 ready cut that will go straight in.

I've had experinced people try and take the screens out of a car, plus out of just a cut frame with screen, both without success.
So would recomend to go the insurace route.
