Hi, I have today purchased a Cerbera, due to family commitments (two kids), the Griff is going to have to go!

I am trying to get hold of a TVR Recaro Baby Seat for a two year old. Can anyone help me please?

Hi, Thats right. Myself and my wife Andrea, met Steve and his good lady yesterday, what a lovely couple.
Steve was a mind of useful information about the Cerbera that i had just purchased, sight unseen and undriven? Have I made a mistake????

I will try and do Chatsworth and catch up with all you TVR owners if I have taken delivery of my Cerbera by then.

Just a thought, is the TVR approved Recaro baby seat marked to let you know that it was manufactured for TVR?

I take it that it is for the Cerbera rear seats?

No.
TVR bdisde a recaro to make their own seat that I think isnt as good as the recaro start.
If you look out you may find an original TVR one - they are leather, come up rarely and were mostly circa 96 - 98.
I say just get one from ebay.

Presume you bought the red bull blue (?) one at Sebrings the 03 with 41K on it?

You are correct, Red Ball Blue (although I did not know that was the name of the colour). 03 Plate, 41K as you correctly detected.

I gather that you know Steve?

I have a "97" Griff 500 that I love, and can not bear to part with. but I feel that the missus and bank manager may have other ideas!!! I should take delivery of the Cerb this week.

Thank you very much for the tips on baby seats, I have a couple on the go on ebay as you suggested.

Im going to pop into HALFORDS tomorrow to check out the current prices.

Steve knows everyone! I have met him 3 or 4 times.

I worked it out by:-

i) Amazon said you met Steve at Sebring
ii) Autotrader has a blue for sale there.

You should get strong money for the Griff (hmmm I'd be tempted by one !).

I am not sure Halfrauds sell these chairs anymore?

Recaro Start recommended. Also think about a Recaro Start Impact Cushion for slightly older children.

I am working on a "solution" to cover the set belt bolt whiich is just at Kiddie head height too - watch this space....

A mistake listening to Steve? I am sure you will be very happy with your Cerbera - they are amazing cars!

Be good if you can make Chatsworth, make sure you let us know

Hi,

with the cerbera now gone I have a TVR child seat I no longer require.

It's magnolia / cream leather with red stitching, also comes with the base plate and the mounting bar.
