Mk 3 fiesta power steering

I have a fiesta xr2i 8v with no power steering my question is can i take a rack pump etc from a mk 3.5 fiesta with power steering and put it into mine and how easy is it to do??

Hi,

Your best bet would probably be to get the pump etc off a 1.4 PTE (basically chv) Mk3.5 Si model.

I previously owned a 1.3 with PAS and am currently converting a 1.1 non PAS car to have PAS but with a 2.0 Zetec engine.
