monthly mid week drive out..... Woodhead Pass

Last year i organised a run out one evening over a little route over and around the Woodhead pass between glossop and sheffield.

Now the weathers turning nice and we are having lighter nights i wondered if anyone would be interested in me setting up a regular monthly meet Midweek at around 7pm for a 7:30 depart. The route would take about an hour and loop back round to the start point.

The idea would be to have it on a set night i.e. thursday every month but the date obviously would change with a view to moving it a week etc if the weather is rubbish.

It would be the same route every month enabling regulars to get used to meaning less people getting lost and safer hooning.

Any thoughts good or bad welcome.

Ive put the same thread in the north west section as its on the border so if people could reply in the other thread so any interest is kept together that would be great.
